the Author

My name is Dionne Grayson, and I began writing to inspire people to take charge of their lives and achieve their dreams.

Writing is a way to give back to others through the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years.

In 2020, I participated in a 90-day Author Lab that ended when the pandemic began. Amid the world being shut down and the civil unrest that was taking place across the country, I began to write messages of hope despite what was going on around me. From children’s books written to instill a love of reading for children through repetition and career gifts, to faith-based leadership guidance, I believe in using my talents to help make a positive imprint in this world.

Each book I have written, whether it is for a 5-year-old or seasoned adult, is meant to demonstrate what goal setting and intentionality can accomplish. If your heart calls you to try something new, you can achieve it!
