Even though he was already really good at baking, Bryson decided to go to school to learn even more. He earned a degree in Culinary Arts, which helped him become a pro at making yummy treats. Bryson’s favorite thing to bake is croissants—delicious, flaky, golden croissants! They’re so good that bakeries all over the country ask him to bake and send them.
